Healthy dinner

Constantly eating heavy dinners, has kept me from sleeping early. So today I cooked this very healthy dinner. Oven baked catfish, brussells sprouts and steamed vegies. The catfish was marinated with yogurt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, hot sauce, lemon squeeze and salt to taste. Let the marinade for atleast 30 mins and bake it in the oven for 30 mins at 350F. The brussells sprouts were first boiled in water and then sauted lightly with olive oil, butter, lemon squeeze and salt to taste.
