Tonite we went for dinner to an Ethiopian restaurant, Mesob Ethiopian Restaurant in Denver. Excellent food, similar to our styles. Their tadituonal way of eating is for everyone at the table to eat from the samr plate. Their base dish consists of Injera which is similar to dosa or pancakes, served along with various dishes. We ordered a vegetarian plate consisting of vegetables, cabbage, spinach and lentils.
Even I was suprised and enjoyed the Ethipian food, when I went the first time. Nice website, by the way.
